Property-led design
We respond to architecture, climate, site conditions, lifestyle, and maintenance expectations rather than applying one template.
Landscape Studio · Munich and Germany
Welcome to Chicken VerdantPlot, a landscape design and garden landscaping studio creating outdoor spaces with character, structure, and lasting value. We help homeowners, businesses, property managers, hospitality venues, and community projects transform ordinary exterior areas into thoughtful landscapes for every season.
Our work brings together architecture, movement, light, soil, climate, planting, maintenance, budget, and everyday life. From a narrow side garden to a complete property masterplan, we develop landscapes that are attractive, practical, and designed to mature well.

About Chicken VerdantPlot
Chicken VerdantPlot was founded to help people make better use of outdoor space through considered design, appropriate planting, and practical landscape planning. A garden may need to accommodate children, pets, entertaining, quiet relaxation, storage, access, or changing seasons.
Our process begins with listening. We learn what you want to change, what already works, what creates difficulty, how you use the property, and what atmosphere you want to create. Projects may range from structured contemporary gardens to relaxed naturalistic landscapes with seasonal color and habitat value.
We assess orientation, sunlight, shade, soil, drainage, existing trees, views, neighboring buildings, access, boundaries, levels, and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. We also consider how plants will mature, materials will weather, and household needs may evolve.
Sustainability forms part of our practical design thinking. We consider soil improvement, water use, suitable plants, habitat, permeable surfaces, rainwater management, shade, durability, and responsible materials to create landscapes that are resilient and enjoyable.
Why Chicken VerdantPlot
We balance creative vision with practical planning, sustainable decisions, clear communication, and a long-term view of how gardens change.

We respond to architecture, climate, site conditions, lifestyle, and maintenance expectations rather than applying one template.
Landscapes support movement, seating, privacy, drainage, planting health, access, and everyday use as well as visual appeal.
We consider exposure, soil, rainfall, temperature, wind, shade, habitat, water demand, and mature plant size.
Layered planting, vertical greenery, compact trees, screening, built-in seating, and multi-purpose planters make small areas work harder.
We explain recommendations, project stages, material choices, budget priorities, planting expectations, and maintenance requirements.
A masterplan lets clients develop a property gradually while ensuring each phase contributes to a coherent final landscape.
We consider plant maturity, material aging, changing needs, and future maintenance so the garden becomes more established and rewarding.
